Shipping Timeframes
Each Decor Cast fire feature is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs an additional fee of $250.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact us directly for special arrangements.
Delivery Information
Due to the weight and size of our products, deliveries are made via freight carrier and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the product.
If you have specific delivery requirements or need to schedule a delivery appointment, please contact us after placing your order.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom orders and made-to-specification products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@decorcast.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
- Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Important: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through repair, replacement, or refund.
For damaged items, please keep all original packaging for inspection by the carrier if needed.
